VIDEO CONFERENCE PACKAGE
Rental fee for 90 minutes play is Rp.7.200.000+10 % tax, including
Network Terminal, 3 BRA (384 KBPS), Face to face camera,
Hand-held remote control, TV Monitor and microphone.
Additional charge of Rp.2.500.000.- will automatically apply per
additional hour.
Pulse charging will be applied for outgoing calls during video conference ,
depending on country destination.
Incoming calls will be free of charge
Trial made prior to the event, all cost of pulse will be at customer expenses.
Installation should be reserved 4 days in advance at the latest.
Cancellation within 48 hours before required time will be charged 50% from
total expenses.
WIFI is also available for all function rooms with additional charges of
o US$ 90 ++ (128 kbps)
o US$ 130 ++ (256 kbps)
o US$ 205 ++ (512 kbps)
